At Sleep Doctor, we want you to rest easy knowing that if your loungewear or sleep accessories aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure faster processing.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely fix it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
